This is the BEST pancake/waffle mix I’ve found… Paleo or not! I have made both pancakes and waffles from this mix and each time they turn out perfectly! Slightly sweet, slightly savory, texture is spot on. Not to mention, making the pancakes and waffles is the easiest thing ever. Add water, mix, cook, enjoy!
