Add batter evenly to 4 or 5 (depending on desired height) prepared round baking pans and cook according to package directions
Remove from oven and set on cooling rack until cake is warm to the touch.
Remove from pan and cool completely.
Use a long knife to cut each cake top flat/even.
For a 4 layer cake, cut a whole in the middle of 3 layers, or for a 5 layer cake cut a hole in the middle of 4 layers.
Place one prepared/cut cake layer on cake stand. Top with Birch Benders Keto Vanilla Frosting, being careful not to frost inside the hole of the cake. Continue for next layers. Once you have layered the cakes with holes, fill the cake whole with sprinkles. Place non-cut/whole cake layer on top of sprinkle filled cake layers, frost entire cake with a crumb layer (top and sides).
Place in freezer to cool/firm.
Remove cake from freezer and add one layer of frosting around cake (top and sides).
Decorate entire cake with sprinkles.
Serve immediately for a fun sprinkle surprise.
Optional – freeze again if enjoying at a later date/time.
