How to Make

Ingredients
1 pouch
Birch Benders Organic Ultimate Fudge Brownie Mix
1 large
Egg
1/2 cup
Oil
1/4 cup
water
1 tub
vanilla ice cream (of your choosing)
1 container
blackberries
Directions
  1. Cook Birch Benders Organic Ultimate Fudge Brownies according to directions on package.
  2. While brownies are cooking, take ice cream out of freezer to soften.
  3. Add blackberries to softened ice cream, stir and return to freezer to harden.
  4. Once brownies are cooled, remove from baking pan to cut in half (horizontally), putting vanilla ice cream mix on top of one side and then placing the other brownie half on top.
  5. Re-freeze until solid, or hard enough to cut into squares.
  6. Enjoy!
