Bunny Pancakes

How to Make

1 pouch
Birch Benders Organic Classic Pancake & Waffle Mix
3 cups
1 cup
blueberries, bananas and whipped cream - or anything you'd like, get creative!
  1. Wash and remove stems from strawberries.
  2. Blend strawberries in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  3. train pureed strawberries through fine mesh to remove seeds.
  4. Prepare Birch Benders Organic Classic Mix according to package.
  5. Fold in strawberry puree until incorporated (do not over-mix).
  6. Cook on medium-high heat on a preheated, greased skillet, flip once and remove from heat when golden.
  7. To plate the bunny pancake, place the ears down first, followed by the head, body and feet.
  8. Decorate bunny feet with your favorite toppings to create a paw.
  9. Add a dollop of whipped cream/topping for a tail.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
