- Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
- Lightly grease a 4×8 loaf pan
- In a large bowl, mash ripe bananas with a wooden spoon until completely smooth
- Stir in Birch Benders Chocolate Chip mix and vegetable oil
- Pour dough into loaf pan
- Bake 45 – 50 minutes, test with a toothpick that comes away mostly clean
- Let cool 5 minutes in the pan before removing to a cooling rack.
Slice and share. Excellent with butter or honey, or all by itself!
