Chocolate Chip Sweet Potato Banana Granola Butter Pancake Bars by Jenny Hope @happyhealthyhopey
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Process everything except chocolate chips in food processor. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Line a baking pan with coconut oil or ghee. Spread batter into pan and top with a few more chocolate chips.
- Bake bars at 350 for 25-30 min. Stick a toothpick in them to see if it comes out clean. Take out. Let cool.
- Slice and drizzle on some peanut butter…enjoy!
