Cinnamon Roll Waffles with Cream Cheese Glaze

How to Make

1 1/2 cups
Birch Benders Organic Classic Pancake & Waffle Mix
1 cup
non-dairy milk
2 tsp
oil (of your choosing)
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1/4 cup
coconut sugar
2 tbsp
softened ghee
1 tsp
4 oz
cream cheese
2 tbsp
non-dairy milk
1/4 cup
powdered sugar

Cinnamon Roll Waffles with Cream Cheese Glaze by Rachel Mansfield.

  1. Heat your waffle iron.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together waffle ingredients until smooth.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon roll mixture then pour into waffle mixture and mix to combine.
  4. Grease the waffle iron with spray (you will want to do this between each batch of waffles).
  5. Scoop 1/4 cup of batter into the warmed waffle maker and cook for about 3 minutes or until ready.
  6. To make cream cheese glaze, warm cream cheese in microwave safe bowl for 20-30 seconds to soften.
  7. Mix in milk and powdered sugar and stir so there are no clumps.
  8. Plate waffles and drizzle the glaze on top and maple syrup if desired.
