How to Make

1 1/4 cups
Birch Benders Gluten Free Pancake and Waffle Mix
3/4 cup
Almond Milk unsweetened
1 tbsp
Coconut Oil melted
5 bags
Darjeeling Tea
Maple Syrup as desired
  1. Heat almond milk to a simmer over low heat. Remove from heat and add teabags. Let steep 1 hour.
  2. Preheat waffle iron.
  3. Combine Birch Benders with almond milk and coconut oil.
  4. Cook waffles in accordance with your waffle maker’s directions.
  5. Top with fresh fruit and almonds, syrup or whatever your heart desires! Best enjoyed immediately.

We made these with our gluten free recipe but it can easily be made with Paleo!
