Gluten Free Bacon Scones

Birch Bender's Gluten Free Pancake & Waffle Mix

 

 

How to Make

Ingredients
4 cups
Birch Benders Gluten Free Pancake Mix
Bacon
Lemon Lime Soda
Sour Cream
Butter
Directions

 

  1. Preheat oven to 415°F.
  2. Lay out bacon on a jelly roll pan lined with parchment paper, bake 15 minutes, turning once, halfway through.
  3. Let bacon cool on a paper towel lined plate before braking into crumbles.
  4. Combine soda, sour cream, crumbled bacon and Birch Benders in a large bowl.
  5. Turn mix out onto floured surface, knead two minutes.
  6. Roll out into a 1/2 inch thick rectangle, cut into 12 triangles.
  7. Pour melted butter onto a jelly roll pan.
  8. Place scones onto cookie sheet, bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
