- Flat Bottom Cake Ice Cream Cones

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Prepare Birch Benders Keto Classic Yellow Cake Mix according to package directions.
- Place one cone in each cupcake tray hole.
- Add cupcake batter to each cone, filling about 3/4 to the top.
- Cook according to cupcake directions on package or until golden brown/when a toothpick comes out clean from the middle.
- Remove from oven and place cones on cooling rack. Let cool completely before frosting.
- While cupcake cones are cooling, mix Birch Benders Keto Vanilla Frosting and Birch Benders Keto Chocolate Frosting in pastry bag to create swirl.
- Once cupcakes are cool, use pastry bag to pipe frosting on top of cupcakes.
- Sprinkle, serve, and enjoy!
