How to Make

Birch Benders Keto Classic Yellow Cake Mix
16 oz
Cream Cheese, Softened
2/3 Cup
Sugar

Eggs
1 Tsp
Vanilla
1 Cup
Apples, Chopped
1 Tbsp
Apple Pie Spice
1/2 Cup
Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup
Oats
1/2 Cup
Flour
1/4 Cup
Caramel Sauce
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease 13×9 baking pan.
  3. Prepare Birch Benders Keto Classic Yellow Cake Mix as per recipe instructions on the package.
  4. Pour batter in greased pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  6. Add egg and vanilla into cream cheese mixture and beat to combine.
  7. Pour mixture and spread evenly over warm cake.
  8. In a separate bowl, mix apples, flour, brown sugar, oats, apple pie spice, and caramel sauce until fully incorporated
  9. Sprinkle apple mixture on top of uncooked cheesecake, spreading evenly.
  10. Place back in oven and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes until filling is set.
  11. Take out of oven and let cool completely.
  12. Cut into squares and enjoy!
  13. Refrigeration recommended if saving leftovers.
