Keto Family Pizza with Rao’s Homemade

How to Make

Ingredients
Crust:
1 package
Birch Benders Keto Carb Friendly Pancake and Waffle mix
10 oz
Low Moisture Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
1 oz
Cream Cheese
1
Large Egg
½ tsp
Salt
½ tsp
Garlic Powder
½ tsp
Italian Seasoning
Toppings:
1 Jar
Rao’s Pizza Sauce
8 oz
Low Moisture Mozzarella Cheese
Toppings of choice! (meats, veggies…it’s pizza! The options are endless!)
Directions

1. Mix together the Birch Benders Mix, seasonings, mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl.

2. Alternate between microwaving for 30 seconds and stirring the dough with your hands until you have a homogenous mixture.

3. Mix in 1 egg. Knead dough in bowl with your hands. Careful of hot cheese!

4. Decide if you want 1 big pizza or 4 personal pizzas. Cut into appropriate sizes and place between 2 pieces of parchment paper. Roll out with rolling pin to about a ¼ of an inch thickness. (you can go thinner or thicker according to your preference. Dough will rise a tad in the oven.

5. Bake at 420 degrees F for about 5-6 minutes until the dough browns. (Pro Tip: if using a pizza stone, be sure to preheat the stone in the oven for optimal results).

6. Take out crust, flip, and add Rao’s pizza sauce and all of the topping you want. Then bake for an additional 5-6 minutes or until cheese is melted. If you want the cheese more bubbly feel free to turn on the broiler for an additional 1-2 minutes.

7. Let pizza cool, cut, and enjoy!
