- Birch Benders Keto Yellow Cake Mix
- 2 TBSP
- Gingerbread Spice
- 1

- 1/4 Cup
- Almond or Oat Flour
- 1 Package
- Birch Benders Keto Vanilla Frosting
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Make Gingerbread spice mix – Mix all spices together until well blended.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients including 2 TBSP premade gingerbread spice mix until well combined, (it will remain slightly sticky).
- On a well floured surface using almond or oat flour, with a well floured rolling pin, roll dough to ¼ inch thick.
- Using a cookie cutter, cut into desired shapes using an offset spatula to transfer to a prepared cookie sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until edges are golden and the middle is slightly soft.
- Transfer to baking rack and cool completely.
- Add Birch Benders Keto Vanilla Frosting to piping bag and decorate.
- Optional: add sprinkles.
