How to Make

All Spice

Nutmeg
1/2 TSP
Cardamon

Birch Benders Keto Yellow Cake Mix
2 TBSP
Gingerbread Spice
1
Egg
1/4 Cup
Almond or Oat Flour
1 Package
Birch Benders Keto Vanilla Frosting
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Make Gingerbread spice mix – Mix all spices together until well blended.
  3. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients including 2 TBSP premade gingerbread spice mix until well combined, (it will remain slightly sticky).
  4. On a well floured surface using almond or oat flour, with a well floured rolling pin, roll dough to ¼ inch thick.
  5. Using a cookie cutter, cut into desired shapes using an offset spatula to transfer to a prepared cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until edges are golden and the middle is slightly soft.
  7. Transfer to baking rack and cool completely.
  8. Add Birch Benders Keto Vanilla Frosting to piping bag and decorate.
  9. Optional: add sprinkles.
