Keto Classic Yellow Cake Mix

How to Make

Ingredients
1 pouch
Birch Benders Keto Classic Yellow Cake Mix
3
eggs, large
1/3 cup
oil (of your choosing)
1/2 cup
water
1 tub
Birch Benders Keto Vanilla Frosting
chocolate (of your choosing)
Robin Egg candies
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Prepare Birch Benders Keto Classic Yellow Cake Mix according to package.
  3. Grease mini cupcake pan.
  4. Fill cupcake pan halfway with batter.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and/or a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
  6. While cupcakes are baking, shave chocolate into small ribbons using a peeler.
  7. Cool mini cupcakes for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
  8. Top cupcakes with Birch Benders Keto Vanilla Frosting (a piping bag or zip lock bag works great here!).
  9. Optional: Transfer mini cupcakes into egg carton.
  10. Decorate with chocolate shavings and top with a Robin Egg candies.
