Keto Parmesan Zucchini Chips

How to Make

1 Pouch
Birch Benders Keto Pancake & Waffle Mix
Zucchinis, sliced into rounds
1/4 Cup
Avocado Oil
2 Cups
Parmesan Cheese, shredded
3 Tbsp
Fresh Rosemary, chopped
2 Cups
Yogurt of choice
1 Package
Ranch Mix
1 Can
Avocado Oil Spray
  1. Preheat air-fryer to 350°F or oven to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, toss zucchini and avocado oil together.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine Birch Benders Keto Pancake & Waffle Mix, parmesan cheese, and rosemary together.
  4. Dredge each zucchini in pancake mixture until well covered.
  5. Place zucchini slices on a baking sheet if using oven or directly into the air-fryer.
  6. Coat zucchini slices with avocado oil spray.
  7. If using air-fryer method, cook for 10 minutes. If using oven method, cook for about 20-30 minutes or until crispy golden.
  8. While zucchini is cooking, mix together yogurt and ranch mix to create dipping sauce.
  9. Enjoy warm with dip!
