Birch Benders Organic Classic Mix
2 1/3 Cups
Water
2 Cups
Chopped Strawberries
Optional Toppings:
Butter and Syrup
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare Birch Benders Organic Classic Mix according to package directions.
  3. Fold in chopped strawberries.
  4. Pour batter into mini muffin tin.
  5. Cook muffins for about 10-12 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and transfer to cooling rack.
  7. Optional: Serve with butter and syrup!
