Organic Ultimate Fudge Brownie Mix

How to Make

1 pouch
Birch Benders Organic Ultimate Fudge Brownie Mix
large eggs
1/2 cup
oil (of your choosing)
1/3 cup
1 tsp
baking powder
2/3 cup
1 cup
granulated sugar, for coating
1 cup
powdered sugar, for coating
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix the eggs, oil and water together in a large bowl. Add Birch Benders Organic Ultimate Fudge Brownie Mix, baking powder, and flour until a wet dough forms.
  3. Fill one small bowl with granulated sugar and one small bowl with powdered sugar. Use a small cookie scoop (or tablespoon) to scoop cookies out.
  4. Roll the dough balls first in the granulated sugar and then in the powdered sugar, completely coating the cookie balls.
  5. Place on the prepared cookie sheet an inch apart. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cookies have puffed up and cracked, but are still a little gooey in the center.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Roll the cookies in sugar first, to keep the powdered sugar to stick on better and give it that defined sugar look.
  2. In order for the cookies to spread and give that delicious crinkle look, don’t chill the dough in fridge!
