How to Make

Ingredients
1 Package
Package Birch Benders Keto Pancake Mix
4
Strips Canadian Bacon
1 Cup
Fresh Spinach
1/2
Yellow Onion, Sliced and Sautéed
2
Roasted Red Peppers, Sliced
1
Egg per Stack, Poached
2 TBSP
Green Onion, Chopped
Salt and Pepper
Directions
  1. Prepare Birch Benders Keto Pancake Mix according to package directions.
  2. While making pancakes, warm 4 strips of Canadian Bacon in a skillet until lightly browned.
  3. In a large pot of water, bring to a boil and then reduce heat to medium low. Crack 1 egg into a small ramekin. Using a spoon, stir hot water until a funnel forms inside, then slowly pour the egg into the middle.
  4. Cook until egg whites are opaque, about three minutes.
  5. Remove egg from water with slotted spoon.
  6. Assemble Protein Packed Stack in the following order: 1.Pancake 2.Spinach 3.Roasted Red Pepper 4.Sautéed Onion 5.Canadian Bacon 6.Pancake 7.Spinach 8.Roasted Red Pepper 9.Sautéed Onion 10.Canadian Bacon 11.Pancake 12.Poached Egg 13.Green Onion
  7. Salt and pepper to taste and enjoy.
