Birch Bender's Pumpkin Spice Pancake & Waffle Mix

How to Make

1 Pouch
Birch Benders Pumpkin Spice Pancake & Waffle Mix
1 Cup + 1 Tbsp
Almond Milk
2 Tsp
1/4 Cup
Butter, Softened
1/4 Cup
Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp
Pumpkin Pie Spice
8 oz.
Cream Cheese, Softened
1 Cup
Powdered Sugar
1 Tbsp
Butter, Softened
1 Tso
Milk, If Needed For Frosting
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Spread butter or coconut oil on baking pan.
  3. Combine Birch Benders Pumpkin Spice Pancake & Waffle Mix, almond milk, and sugar until it forms a doughy, sticky ball.
  4. On a floured surface, roll dough into a large rectangle.
  5. Spread softened butter on all over rectangular dough.
  6. In a small bowl, mix pumpkin pie spice and brown sugar together.
  7. Sprinkle mixture all over buttered dough.
  8. Roll dough into a tight log.
  9. Cut into 2 inch rounds and place in baking pan.
  10. Bake rolls for about 20-30 minutes
  11. While rolls are baking, make cream cheese frosting.
  12. Using a hand mixer, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and butter until smooth and all ingredients are completely incorporated. (Add dash of milk if/as needed)
  13. Remove rolls from oven and cover with cream cheese frosting.
  14. Serve and enjoy immediately.
