Birch Bender's Pumpkin Spice Pancake & Waffle Mix

How to Make

2 1/2 Cups
Birch Benders Pumpkin Spice Pancake & Waffle Mix
1-1 1/2 Cups
3 Tbsp
Butter, Melted
1/2 Cup
All-Purpose Flour
1/2 Tsp
1/2 Cup
Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp
Butter, Softened
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix Birch Benders Pumpkin Spice Pancake & Waffle Mix with water, egg and butter until just combined.
  3. Place ½ of the mixed batter into a prepared bread pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, sugar and softened butter until fully combined.
  5. Press this mixture into the ½ batter that is already in the pan.
  6. Pour remaining pancake mix batter into the bread pan.
  7. Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let loaf cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn upside down onto a wire rack and let cool completely.
  9. Slice in 1 inch slices.
  10. Enjoy as if or warm up and add butter on top.
