How to Make

Birch Benders Pumpkin Spice Pancake & Waffle Mix
1 pint
ice cream of choice
1, 14oz can
full fat coconut milk
1/2 cup
coconut sugar
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
1 tbsp
coconut oil
1/2 tsp
  1. Mix Birch Benders Pumpkin Spice Pancake & Waffle Mix with water per the instructions.
  2. Using a waffle bowl maker, grease the insides of the metal bowls and scoop 1/4 cup batter until the desired amount of waffle bowls are made.
  3. Top with your favorite ice cream and drizzle with your favorite caramel sauce! Or, you can use this healthy caramel sauce recipe below!

Optional Caramel Sauce Recipe

  1. In a large saucepan, combine the coconut milk and coconut sugar until boiling, scraping the mix until it melts into a syrup-like consistency.
  2. Once boiling, turn the heat on low and let the mixture boil about 30-35 minutes, stirring frequently so it doesn’t burn until reduced to a thick texture. (Caramel will continue to thicken after it comes off the stove.)
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the coconut oil, sale and vanilla.
  4. Allow to cool to room temp, stirring occasionally.
  5. Drizzle over your favorite Birch Benders Pumpkin Spice waffles and ice cream for a fall treat. Enjoy!
