Birch Benders Gluten Free Pancake Mix
1 1/2 cups

Vegetable Oil
6 slices
Tomatoes medium
1 cup
Greens we used arugula!

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Lay out bacon strips, bake 15 minutes, turning once.
  4. Slice tomatoes and wash greens.
  5. Combine Birch Benders Pancake Mix with water and vegetable oil.
  6. Make Waffles in accordance with your waffle makers directions.
  7. Build Sandwiches, and pack for your next picnic!

Add avocado or a fried egg for extra pizzazz.
