How to Make

2 1/2 cups
Birch Benders Paleo Pancake & Waffle Mix
1/8 cup
granola butter or nut butter of choice
1 tbs
sunflower seed butter
ripe bananas
1/4 cup
unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  1. Process all ingredients in food processor.
  2. Pour into a baking pan lined with coconut oil or parchment paper. Top with fresh blueberries, raspberries & granola butter.
  3. Bake at 350 for about 20-25 min. Stick a toothpick in it to see if it comes out clean.
  4. Take out and top with granola butter! Slice and enjoy!
