Tropical Fruit Donuts with Lime Glaze

How to Make

1 1/2 cups
Birch Benders Classic Recipe
3/4 cup
Greek Yogurt (6 oz)
2 tbsps
GoodBelly Tropical Orangeade
1 tbsp
Coconut Oil Room temperature, in liquid form
1 tbsp
Coconut Oil For greasing
4 Tablespoons
GoodBelly Tropical Orangeade
Zest of 1 Lime
We recommend organic since you're using the outside of the fruit
2 Cups
Confectioners Sugar
  1. Preheat oven to 400° and lightly grease a 6-well donut pan
  2. Thoroughly combine wet ingredients in a large bowl
  3. Fold in Birch Benders Classic Recipe, until just combined
  4. Dough will be sticky but malleable. Using deft fingers, form into donut shapes in the pan
  5. Bake for 12 minutes, or until golden brown
  6. Let cool ten minutes in pan before turning over onto a cooling rack.
  7. While the donuts cool completely, whisk together glaze ingredients in a small bowl, before transferring to a shallow dish or pan
  8. Dip donuts in glaze and let rest while the glaze hardens slightly
