Apple Honey Crepes
2 large crepes easily serves 4 as a dessert.
How to Make
Birch Benders Classic Recipe Pancake and Waffle Mix
Apple, granny smith or other sour
Double Cream Cheese we used Fromager D'Affinois
Thinly slice apple and remove core. Slice cheese, set aside.
Combine Birch Benders and Water, and 4 tablespoons melted butter.
Heat nonstick or crepe pan and grease with 1 tablespoon butter.
Pour 1/2 crepe batter into pan, tilting to spread batter into a thin layer.
Let cook about 2-3 minutes, until gold brown. Flip gently and carefully, cook two minutes more.
Repeat for second crepe.
Arrange apple slices around crepe in a fan pattern. Place cheese slices in the center in a smaller fan.
Drizzle honey over top, and sprinkle on bee pollen if desired.
