Birch Bender's Gluten Free Pancake & Waffle Mix

How to Make

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups
Birch Benders Gluten Free Pancake Mix
1/2 cup
Butter
1/4 cup
Granulated Sugar
1/2 cup
Brown Sugar
1
Egg
1 tbsp
Almond Extract
3/4 cup
Sliced Almonds
3/4 cup
Dried Cherries
Directions
  1. Preheat Oven to 350°F.
  2. Cream together butter and sugars.
  3. Beat in egg and almond extract.
  4. Mix in Birch Benders Gluten Free Pancake Mix
  5. Fold in cherries and almonds.
  6. Using two tablespoons, form large balls of dough, about and place 3 inches apart on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake 10-12 minutes, until edges are crisp and start to darken.
  8. Let cool a few minutes on baking tray before removing to a rack to cool.

You won’t even be able to tell they’re gluten free.
