Birch Bender's Chocolate Chip Pancake & Waffle Mix

How to Make

1 1/2 cups
Birch Benders Chocolate Chip Pancake and Waffle Mix
1/4 cup
Brown Sugar
1/4 cup
Granulated Sugar
Eggs room temperature
1 stick
Unsalted Butter room temperature
1/2 cup
Crisped Rice Cereal
1/2 cup
Old-Fashioned Oats
1/3 cup
Chocolate Chips if extra chips are desired
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Stir in eggs until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add Birch Benders and stir just until smooth. Fold in crisped rice cereal, oats and extra chocolate chips if desired.
  4. Scoop onto baking sheet in  2 tablespoon sections.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes.
  6. Let cool on pan a few minutes before moving to a rack to cool completely.

Fantastic with milk.
