The best gluten free pancake mix available! We are celiacs who are allergic to eggs so this is a perfect fit. I was skeptical at first, we tried several brands and they have all been a little off; sometimes lackin in flavor and sometimes texture (or both!). Birch benders is perfect! Kids love it too

Some of the best pancakes I’ve ever had. So easy to make. Very light and fluffy. Can’t even tell they are gluten free.

This mix has a very nice texture and has a nice taste. The mix is dense but not over filling when it hits the stomach like most pancake mixes. It is a bit pricey where we live and limited in supply. When I found it a second time I stocked piled it.

Love at first bite! I bought this at my local Target after my doctor told me to start a gluten free diet. I’ve had some really horrible gluten free pizza crust, so I was nervous but I was craving pancakes for brinner (breakfast for dinner). I got home started to get everything ready and was like “Wait, all I need is water? Score!” I did add some cinnamon and let me tell you I couldn’t make enough of them. My 12 year old son declared these the best pancakes he’s ever had, seriously we love them. He asks for pancakes all the time. Then I broke down and told him they were gluten free, he thought I was joking, he can’t get enough of the pancakes. I’m glad I came to the site to tell you how great your product is and now I see you have a paleo version! I’m so blown away by that, I will be ordering some in the future because I have not seen them in the store. I have to get through the bags of gluten free first. My only con to the mix is that it doesn’t come in a bigger size.

Absolutely the most delicious decadent dessert waffle we have ever had. We topped it with fat free vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup. It was unbelievable ! Been looking for somewhere to purchase more.

I bought this at Sprouts and my daughter loved it! It was quick and easy to make a waffle in the waffle iron. My only question is what are the spices that are in here? I almost didn’t buy it because I do not like when companies are vague and we are avoiding nightshades so it is important to list all ingredients for people.

WOW!! All I can say are these are fantastic. I have tried several brands of gluten free pancakes…..some are just ok…some are not good at all. These gluten free pancakes are the best I have ever tasted. The taste and texture can’t be beat. I’m very excited I found this brand. I live in Canada and I purchased in the usa….I hope they start to distribute into Canada soon.

We bought this at Earth Fare to try something different and it was delicious, I love ginger and this has pieces of real ginger that give a great taste.

We are in love with this product! I’ve tried MANY paleo pancake recipes that are dry or fall apart on me, but these were perfection! They cook up great like a normal pancake and taste delicious. We even threw a batch in our mini donut maker and they cooked up great! Definitely going to be a staple in our house.

Wow! What an awesome surprise to find these available at my local Whole Foods. I follow an extremely strict Bulletproof/paleo diet and I was so pleased by how delicious these are (and extremely easy to make!).
